In the first 2–3 sessions, we focus on stabilisation. Together, we explore your needs, clarify the most beneficial direction for you, and introduce gentle tools you can use independently between sessions.
Once inner safety is established, we draw on integrative hypnosis to re-align core beliefs and emotional experiences. These sessions invite shifts that feel authentic and sustainable, rippling into multiple areas of your life.
Sessions are a minimum of 90 minutes and held securely online, allowing you to relax in the comfort of your own private space. In-person sessions are available in Toronto when scheduling permits. After each session, you may receive personalised audios to support your ongoing integration.
